So Happy New Year Folks

It's the new year, I've already impulse bought a rowing machine..........hmm.... need to get a little less phobic about exercising in front of people, we already have an exercise bike, that's crap, I should learn lessons but I don't. I also bought, and this is not really the place to announce this but it was only 1.99 and I haven't watched it yet, erm, Jades dance workout, to go with Helen's dance workout that I bought for a similar price last year.

New years resolutions........... haven't made any. Of course I would like to be healthier and thinner, but I'm not going to make any guarantees on it, it's never worked so far. God I have eaten so much rubbish and drank so much over Christmas.
